Perverts won't be handing out candy to your kids on Halloween, because they won't be at home.
District Attorney Susan Reed says the Adult Probation Department has called all convicted sex offenders who are on probation to a special meeting on Halloween night.
"They are going to have them all report at one place at one time and require that they attend a class during the time that kids are out on Halloween," Reed said.
