Sex offender arrested again for exposing himself in public

With the recidivism rate so high, this really isn't a surprise, is it?

A convicted sexual offender was caught exposing himself in public by multiple witnesses, including 2 children, twice Saturday afternoon, according to Hillsborough County Jail records.

According to a his arrest report, 39 year old David Redmon was seen by 4 adults and 2 children standing next to a building at 8845 N 56th Street. The witnesses told police Redmon's sexual organs were exposed and that he was masturbating. Even when one of the victims told Redmon she was calling police, cops say Redmon continued to masturbate before he fled the scene still exposed.

Temple Terrace police say later 2 other people saw Redmon masturbating in the Bank of America parking lot at 9385 North 56th Street.

When officers found him, Redmon's zipper was down, according to his arrest report. Redmon is a convicted sexual offender who was released from jail in October 2007.

He was convicted on 2 counts of lewd and lascivious with a victim under 16 in Dade County in 1998.Redmon was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, four counts of exposure of sexual organs, two counts of child abuse and one count of dumping raw human waste.

BUT, when you meet him after this next stint in jail, he'll say he was just peeing in public....that's what they all say....
