Investigators say a local sexual predator had improper contact with a kid while waiting to find out his fate for targeting another child.
Michael James Filandro was scheduled to be sentenced for the first crime on Wednesday.
He was arrested back in May on an indecency with a child charge.
Precinct Four deputies arrested the 21-year-old again Monday for having improper contact with a 14-year-old.
Filandro reportedly met the girl online and started talking to her on the phone.
This is why we should have a ONE STRIKE LAW for child molesters.
